On Wednesday, March 20th, the Dallas ISD athletic department held a Women's History Month special event that highlighted all of the great female coaches that we have. Our very own, Coach Felicia Boyefio, was asked to speak on the panel of great women coaches in our district about her path to being an Assistant Athletic Coordinator.

"Being able to be a mentor to young women in athletics is something that motivates me. Empowering young ladies into finding their true potential is what I love to do. Getting to see them find themselves, gain self-esteem through sports, and understanding their self worth, is a gift that keeps giving." - Coach Boyefio
